We have a new pet! He is a baby squirrel and was found by someone I know, all alone and without a mother. He is about six weeks old and super cute and funny. He will stay with us until he is ready to make his move into the wild (which luckily isn't far away). 

You could definitely say that the kids are happy about our new family member! (and so are their parents, too)
